Pastoral Staff

The Rev. Canon Greg Physick, Incumbent

The Rev. Canon Greg Physick was appointed to HolyTrinity in September, 2005 after serving as the Incumbent at St. Matthew the Apostle in Willowdale, St. Francis of Assisi in Mississauga, and St. Paul's-on-the-Hill in Pickering. Ordained a deacon in 1975 he served his assistant curacy at St. Clement's, Eglinton and was ordained a priest in 1976. Greg sees himself as a pastoral priest with a love for people, life and the Faith.

The Rev. Daniel Graves, Associate Priest

The Rev. Daniel Graves joined the Holy Trinity staff in August 2007. Daniel holds a B.A. (hons) in Religious Studies from York University, and M.Div. (hons) from Trinity College, Toronto, and has done some graduate work in New Testament and Early Judaism at McMaster University. Daniel sees himself as a pastoral generalist, enjoying the diverse aspects of parish ministry from pastoral visiting to Christian education. He has academic interests in Biblical Studies, Church History (especially the 19th century), and the settlement of early Ontario. On the lighter side of things, he enjoys cartooning with his son, an aspiring artist. Daniel's blog can be found at www.danielgraves.ca

Judith Sinclair, Church School Co-ordinator

Judith is a retired elementary school teacher with over 40 years experience teaching children in the Separate School System. One of her daily responsibilities was fostering in young children the love of Jesus and an active relationship with the Lord. As a teenager, she knew she wanted to become a teacher after teaching First Communion classes in her church. Then after her retirement she enjoyed another few years teaching Sunday School in her parish. After prayerfully considering this present position, Judith joined the Holy Trinity Staff, the summer of 2008. She is busy planning many new and exciting lessons for Sunday School!

Liturgical Staff

Mrs. Elaine Pudwell, Music Director

Elaine has served the musical life of our parish since 1982 as organist and choir director for the Junior and Senior Choirs. She plans the musical events for the parish and oversees all liturgical music. Elaine brings her passion for excellence to all our music as well as a keen sense of humour and delight in working with people young and old.

The Rev. Stephen Crowther, Honorary Assistant

As chaplain at Holy Trinity School, Stephen is part of our staff team as an Honorary Assistant. Stephen assists liturgically, as he is available, and provides a key pastoral link to families and events at Holy Trinity School.

Administrative Staff

Swan Li, Office Administrator

Swan is the warm, friendly voice when you contact us. Her responsibilities include the oversight of the office equipment and computer, management of office volunteers, accounts payables and all other duties as assigned; which in a church office can be considerable! Her skills and creativity are shown in the production of bulletins, newsletters and other communication materials. Swan also manages the space/room bookings and rentals.
